These beans deliver a vibrant flavor profile with distinctive red fruit notes and naturally high acidity, preserved through a gentle low-temperature roast. The chocolate’s grainy texture, reminiscent of traditional Monica chocolate from Sicily, comes from unrefined sugar crystals, adding a delightful crunch to its bold, nuanced taste.
