Return Policies for Alessandro Luppolo Chocolate Shop
1. General Policy
Due to the perishable nature of chocolate and confections, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items once they have been purchased.
2. Damaged or Melted Products
We take every precaution to ensure your chocolate is delivered in excellent condition. However, we cannot provide refunds or replacements for chocolates that arrive melted or otherwise damaged due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or improper handling after pickup or delivery.
To minimize the risk of damage:
- We recommend selecting express shipping during warmer months.
- Ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery to avoid extended exposure to heat.
3. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the product. Upon review, we will arrange for a replacement or credit as appropriate.
4. Allergy Information
All allergens and ingredients are listed on our packaging. Please review these carefully before purchase. We do not offer refunds for allergy-related issues if the information was clearly disclosed.
