Join Alessandro Luppolo for a hands-on, small-group masterclass inside his working chocolate kitchen in Elsternwick. In this immersive experience, you’ll learn how real chocolate is made — from bean to bar — and craft your own hand-painted bonbons from start to finish.
What you’ll do:
– Learn about cacao, chocolate tempering, and the bean-to-bar process
– Prepare three signature bonbon fillings from scratch
– Paint moulds with coloured cocoa butter
– Cast white chocolate shells, fill them, cap, and unmould
– Take home your own handmade chocolate box
Flavours may include:
Salted Caramel, Almond Praline, Espresso Milk Chocolate Ganache
Duration: ~2.5 to 3 hours
Location: Alessandro Luppolo Chocolate, 521 Glen Huntly Road, Elsternwick
Group size: 8 people max
Aprons are provided. Please wear closed shoes, bring a hat or hair covering, and arrive 10 minutes early. Optional waterproof notepads will be available for purchase if you’d like to take notes during the class.
You don’t need any experience — just curiosity and a love of real chocolate.
