The Mendiant Collection is a set of chocolate bars featuring three flavors:
- white chocolate(37% PNG) with caramelized pistachio
- milk chocolate (58% Vanuatu) with caramelized hazelnut
- dark chocolate(65% house blend) with caramelized almond
The term "mendiant" comes from a traditional French confection. In French culinary tradition, mendiants are chocolate disks studded with nuts and dried fruits, symbolizing four monastic orders, each ingredient representing one. Our collection reimagines this tradition by pairing each chocolate type with a single caramelized nut for a modern twist.
The 6 Bon Bon flavours will be:
- Spiced Beetroot Ganache, Pumpkin Seed Praline
- Root Vegetables, Hot Honey, Rosemary, Thyme
- Macadamia Praline
- Dark Chocolate and Orange
- Pistachio Crunch (my own version of viral Dubai chocolate)
