A lovely way to spend a Sunday - we learnt a lot from Alessandro and were pretty happy with the end result - will definitely be recommending to family and friends.
Alessandros masterclass in making Bon Bons was excellent - simple instructions on how to achieve beautiful chocolates, advice and tips from such experienced artist, really interesting workshop. Highly recommend.
A great experience. Would highly recommend it.
This class is exceptional value. I’ve always struggled to find ways to make tempered chocolate at home and this class taught me so much, while also getting to see how real chocolate is made from bean to bar. It’s given me such a huge appreciation for the work that goes into these boutique manufacturers and how much higher quality they are compared to what you find in supermarkets. I recommend this class to everyone I know who has an interest in dessert-making. Plus you get to take home the chocolates you make! You absolutely won’t be disappointed.
